AI tools are built to generate ranges based on generalized inputs. They can’t actually review:
- The dashcam/traffic camera footage that may exist near your crash route
- The truck’s maintenance history, safety checks, and repair documentation
- Minnesota-specific issues that affect valuation, like how comparative fault may be argued
- Whether your treatment records link your injuries to the crash (and not another event)
In other words, a calculator can be a starting point—but it can’t evaluate whether your evidence supports the losses you’re claiming. Two people can enter the same injury details into an online tool and end up with very different outcomes once medical causation and liability are tested.
