Troy’s daily traffic patterns can create crash scenarios that are easy to misunderstand from a distance. For example, many serious crashes happen when drivers are:
- Changing lanes during peak commuting hours
- Exiting or entering busy corridors with heavy vehicle traffic
- Navigating intersections where timing and positioning matter
In those moments, insurers may argue the crash was caused by ordinary driving error—then shift attention away from trucking-company practices. AI tools don’t know whether:
- the truck’s braking/handling issues were consistent with the crash mechanics,
- the driver’s actions match what witnesses and camera data later show,
- maintenance logs (or the lack of them) support a safety-related failure,
- or the trucking company’s procedures contributed to the incident.
A calculator may output a range—but it can’t test whether your evidence actually supports the categories it’s estimating.
