Many online tools (including AI-style calculators) generate a range using simplified inputs like injury severity and treatment duration. That can feel helpful—until you realize what those models typically cannot do:
- They can’t verify causation (whether your symptoms truly stem from this crash).
- They can’t account for comparative-fault arguments that insurers commonly raise in Kentucky.
- They can’t interpret local proof like the specifics of an intersection impact, lane positioning, or how quickly you were able to access care.
- They can’t evaluate trucking-specific documentation (driver logs, maintenance records, training, and company policies).
In other words: the calculator might provide a number, but it won’t tell you whether that number matches what Kentucky adjusters and lawyers will see in the record.
