AI tools usually work by taking a few inputs—injury severity, time in treatment, and general losses—and producing a projected range. That can be useful for planning, but it often misses what matters most in real disputes.
In truck cases, insurers frequently challenge:
- Causation (whether the crash truly caused your symptoms)
- Reasonableness of treatment (whether the care was necessary and timely)
- Documentation gaps (missing records, delayed evaluations, incomplete billing)
- Liability complexity (driver plus company operations, maintenance, or loading issues)
In other words, even a “smart” calculator can’t verify whether the evidence needed to support your claim is present or persuasive.
