AI calculators typically use simplified assumptions: injury severity, treatment length, and general loss categories. That can be useful if you’re just trying to understand the types of damages that may apply.
But it often breaks down when your case includes details that are common in truck crashes in our area, such as:
- Crash timing and documentation gaps (symptoms that worsen after the initial ER visit)
- Conflicting accounts when multiple vehicles were involved
- Traffic-flow pressure near higher-volume corridors where sudden lane changes and merges are more likely
- Disputes about causation—for example, insurers may argue your pain is unrelated to the crash
A calculator can’t review the crash report, evaluate whether medical care was timely and medically necessary, or anticipate how a trucking company may challenge fault.
