Many AI tools work from averages. In real truck crash claims, averages don’t account for what often determines outcomes in South Florida:
- Causation disputes tied to traffic conditions (stop-and-go travel, late braking, wide-turn handling, and lane positioning around high-traffic intersections).
- Evidence access—dashcam footage, nearby traffic cameras, and trucking telematics may exist, but only if someone knows what to request and when.
- Florida’s litigation timeline pressure. Waiting too long to document injuries or missing follow-up treatment can give insurers an opening to argue the crash didn’t cause your current symptoms.
A calculator may suggest a range, but it can’t confirm whether your case will be treated as clearly documented or contested.
