Most AI-style calculators are built on broad assumptions. Lake City truck cases, however, often include variables that don’t fit neatly into a generic input form—especially when the crash involves:
- Commercial vehicles on regional routes where sudden braking, lane changes, and merging traffic create complex fault questions
- Multiple-impact collisions (rear-end + side impact) that affect injury descriptions and causation
- Unclear speed/distance factors because dashcam footage, witness observations, or traffic-camera angles may be limited
An estimate may output a range, but it can’t “see” the evidence your adjuster will focus on, such as the exact sequence of impacts, whether your symptoms match the timing of the crash, or how your medical records are documented.
