AI tools usually work by taking inputs (injuries, treatment, time missed) and generating a rough range. That can feel helpful after a serious wreck—until you realize what a tool often can’t see:
- Whether fault is disputed (and trucking liability is frequently contested)
- How Florida comparative fault could be argued if the insurer claims you contributed
- Whether your medical records clearly link symptoms to the crash
- What trucking documentation exists (driver logs, maintenance history, routing, cargo records)
In other words, the “missing piece” is rarely the math. It’s the proof.
