Most AI damage tools work from simplified inputs (injuries, treatment length, “typical” loss categories). They can’t review the real documents that matter in your case, such as:
- The crash report and cited fault facts
- Any dashcam/bodycam footage from nearby traffic stops or collisions
- Vehicle/maintenance records tied to braking, tires, or lighting
- Medical notes that connect your symptoms to the specific collision
In Florida, insurers may also push back using causation arguments—claiming injuries were pre-existing, unrelated, or not supported by consistent treatment. An AI tool can’t evaluate that credibility battle. A lawyer can.
