Most AI tools ask for details like injury severity, treatment length, and losses. They then generate a rough range based on common settlement patterns.
In real Colorado trucking claims, that range can be useful—but only if the information you enter mirrors what will be proven with documents. Adjusters will look closely at:
- Whether the treatment you received matches the injuries described
- Whether your medical timeline shows symptoms consistent with the crash
- Whether the other side disputes fault (or blames a different factor)
- Whether the trucking operation followed safety rules and maintenance obligations
The biggest limitation: an AI tool can’t verify what your crash report says, what video or photos exist, or whether the insurer will argue your injuries were caused (in part or in whole) by something else.
