AI tools can be useful for understanding categories of losses (medical care, wage loss, and non-economic impacts). What they can’t do is “read” the real-world factors that decide trucking claims:
- Whether liability is shared between the driver and the trucking operation (common in commercial cases)
- What Colorado records show about the crash timeline and severity (photos, dashcam, incident reports)
- How your medical records connect to the collision—not just what treatment you received, but why it was needed
- Whether insurers argue a pre-existing condition or delayed onset
In other words: an AI number may feel precise, but it’s only as good as the assumptions behind it.
