Most AI or online calculators work by taking a few inputs—injury severity, treatment length, and general categories of losses—and then producing a rough range.
In real trucking cases, however, the value of your claim depends on things a calculator can’t reliably verify, like:
- Which party is truly responsible (driver, trucking company, maintenance, loader, or other entities)
- Whether your medical records show causation (that your symptoms came from this crash)
- How insurers argue about pre-existing conditions and delayed reporting
- Whether key documentation is missing or inconsistent
So the best way to think about an AI estimate is as a starting point—not a verdict.
