Many people search for an AI tool because they want immediate clarity—especially when medical bills start arriving and work is suddenly harder.
But an AI calculator generally can’t account for the things that often decide truck cases locally:
- Short windows for evidence: surveillance footage near busy corridors and beach-adjacent routes can be overwritten quickly.
- Higher scrutiny on causation: insurers may argue your symptoms could be from prior conditions, delayed-onset injuries, or unrelated activity.
- Multiple responsible parties: in commercial vehicle crashes, liability may involve the driver, the trucking company, maintenance vendors, or cargo-related parties.
So while an AI tool might produce a range, it can’t tell you whether that range fits your medical record, your crash documentation, and your local negotiation reality.
