AI tools usually ask for basic details (injury type, treatment length, and general categories of damages). The limitation is that they can’t evaluate the details that often drive outcomes in Arizona trucking cases, such as:
- Where the crash happened (merges, turn lanes, or construction detours can change how fault is argued)
- What the truck’s records show (maintenance history, driver documentation, and safety compliance)
- Whether your medical treatment tracks the crash timeline
- How insurers try to frame causation (for example, claiming symptoms were unrelated or pre-existing)
In other words, an AI estimate might tell you “what claims like yours usually involve,” but it can’t tell you whether your evidence will hold up when an adjuster disputes liability or injury causation.
