Online tools can estimate categories of losses, but they generally don’t know what your claim will actually require in the real world:
- Arizona causation disputes: Insurers frequently argue that symptoms didn’t come from the crash or that treatment was delayed/insufficient.
- Proof gaps common in real life: Photos get lost, witnesses move away, and medical records may arrive incomplete.
- Multiple responsible parties: A driver may not be the only target—maintenance, loading practices, and company policies can matter.
- Local roadway realities: Road design, speed changes, and traffic patterns can affect how fault is interpreted.
A calculator may give a starting range, but it can’t validate whether your medical timeline matches the crash mechanics or whether the insurer will challenge the facts.
