Most calculators work by asking for injury and expense details, then generating a rough range. That can be useful as a starting point—but it typically won’t answer the questions that decide whether you’ll get a fair offer in an Alabama trucking claim.
For example, a tool may not know:
- whether liability will be contested based on Alabama fault arguments (including attempts to shift blame)
- what your medical records actually show about causation and symptom progression
- whether gaps in documentation will give the insurance company an opening to reduce value
- whether the trucking operation’s records (maintenance, logs, policies) are available and strong
In other words: an AI number is not the same thing as a case value.
