In most Dallas-area cases, the “value” of a TBI claim isn’t pulled from a single number. It’s built from a record the defense can’t easily dismiss. That record usually answers:
- What caused the injury? (collision mechanics, incident reports, witness accounts)
- What did it do to you—specifically? (headaches, dizziness, memory issues, mood changes, sleep disruption)
- How long did it last and what did you do about it? (timely treatment, follow-ups, therapy, medication management)
- How did it affect real life in Dallas? (work schedule, commuting ability, cognitive demands, daily responsibilities)
An AI tool may output a range, but adjusters focus on the parts of your story that are easiest to verify: medical notes, objective testing, consistent symptom reporting, and the timeline between the incident and your ongoing limitations.
