AI tools often work by asking for a few inputs (diagnosis, symptom categories, treatment history) and then generating a rough range. That can be useful for organizing questions, but it can’t do what Kentucky adjusters and courts require:
- Confirm causation (that the accident, not something else, triggered your ongoing neurological symptoms)
- Evaluate documentation quality (how consistent your medical record is over time)
- Account for how Kentucky claims are negotiated once liability and damages are disputed
In practice, many TBI claims hinge on whether your story is supported by the record—not just whether you were diagnosed. For example, if symptoms improved and then returned after a gap in care, or if cognitive issues were described but not tied to objective findings or functional limitations, an AI estimate may still look “reasonable” while your claim value is actually constrained.
