AI tools are built to organize information. They may generate a rough range based on patterns—like whether treatment occurred early, whether symptoms were persistent, or whether cognitive problems were reported.
What they can’t do is evaluate the details insurers actually fight about in real TBI claims in Kentucky, such as:
- Whether your symptoms were consistently documented from the accident onward
- Whether medical records connect the injury to the accident (causation)
- Whether the evidence supports the severity and duration of cognitive and neurological effects
- How an insurer values your losses when Kentucky’s comparative-fault rules may be raised
If you rely on an AI estimate too early, you risk accepting a settlement that doesn’t reflect the full picture—especially if your symptoms evolved after the initial ER visit.
