Injuries that affect thinking, memory, sleep, or mood can be hard to “prove” to an adjuster—whether the injury happened in a rear-end crash on a commute, a slip near a retail entrance, or a fall connected to uneven pavement.
In the real evaluation process, two things matter most:
- A clear timeline (what happened, when symptoms started or changed, and how long they lasted)
- Medical + functional proof (records plus evidence of how daily life and work were affected)
AI tools may generate a range, but they can’t confirm whether your symptoms were consistently reported, whether you followed recommended treatment, or whether your records connect the accident to your neurological issues.
