AI tools can be useful for organizing information, but they don’t know the details that frequently change outcomes in local injury claims, such as:
- What traffic conditions were like (rush-hour volumes, visibility, turning movements, and speed changes on commuter routes)
- Whether a pedestrian or cyclist was involved and how the impact occurred
- How soon symptoms were reported after an incident—especially when concussion signs develop later
- Whether your medical timeline matches the story (for example, follow-up visits after an initial emergency evaluation)
A calculator can’t confirm causation, credibility, or whether Iowa-based insurers will challenge the link between the incident and your ongoing neurological complaints.
