AI tools can be helpful for organizing details, but they commonly fail in ways that matter for local injury claims:
- They can’t verify the cause of symptoms. Brain injury effects often overlap with stress, sleep issues, concussion-like syndromes, and preexisting conditions.
- They can’t judge documentation quality. In Florida, credibility and medical continuity matter. A “good diagnosis” with weak or inconsistent records may not carry the weight you’d expect.
- They don’t account for Florida claim dynamics. Adjusters evaluate risk, liability arguments, and whether future impacts are supported—not just the label of “TBI.”
In other words: an AI output might sound precise, but the settlement value typically depends on what can be shown.
