Most AI calculators work by asking for inputs like injury type, symptom duration, and treatment history—then producing a range based on generalized patterns.
That can be helpful when you’re trying to make sense of categories like medical costs and non-economic harm. However, AI typically can’t:
- Confirm whether objective testing supports the symptoms (important when brain injury effects overlap with stress, migraines, sleep issues, or concussion history)
- Interpret the quality of your documentation (emergency records vs. follow-up specialty notes)
- Account for how an adjuster frames causation, especially when the incident occurred during busy travel or when witnesses are limited
- Understand how Florida claims are negotiated after liability is disputed and damages are challenged
A number from an AI tool may look confident—but confidence doesn’t replace evidence.
