People often expect a straightforward answer: “I had a concussion—so what should I get?” In reality, the value of a claim depends on how well your medical record explains:
- What happened in the accident (timing, impact, and incident details)
- What symptoms followed and whether they were consistent
- Whether treatment was reasonable and timely under the circumstances
- How symptoms affected real life, including work and daily functioning
AI tools can be useful as a checklist, but they can’t verify your imaging results, interpret neurologic findings, or resolve conflicts in the story the defense provides.
