Many AI tools produce neat ranges, but TBI claims are rarely neat—especially in communities where people commute, handle family responsibilities, and often return to work as soon as they can.
In practice, settlement value tends to track proof of:
- Functional impact (can you drive safely, concentrate at work, manage appointments, or do routine tasks?)
- Consistency of symptoms and documentation after the incident
- Medical causation (how providers connect the accident to the brain injury effects)
- Whether treatment followed recommendations
If your symptoms improved briefly, then returned later—or if they were first described as “minor” and became more disruptive—you need a record that shows that progression clearly. A generic calculator can’t build that narrative for you.
