Monument is a suburban community with active residential neighborhoods, frequent visitors, and a lot of daily movement through homes, apartment buildings, and local businesses. Stairways show up everywhere—front porches, entry steps, basements, apartment hallways, retail back entrances, and community buildings.
A “stumble” on stairs can quickly turn into a serious injury: fractures, back and neck injuries, head trauma, or lingering mobility problems. And because stair hazards are often visible, the insurance side may argue the condition was “minor” or that you should have been more careful.
Our job is to counter that narrative with documented facts—what the stairs were like, what warning (if any) existed, what the property owner knew, and how the condition caused your fall.
