Most online tools produce a rough range using inputs you type in (injury severity, age, and sometimes care needs). That can be helpful for organizing your thinking, but it usually cannot review the things that matter most in real disputes:
- Your neurological findings over time (not just the diagnosis name)
- Whether your injury is complete vs. incomplete and how function changed after treatment
- Proof of future care needs supported by clinicians and records
- Whether liability is likely to be contested based on scene evidence and witness accounts
In other words, a calculator may suggest a number. Your settlement depends on what your medical record and accident evidence can prove.
