Most AI tools produce a rough range by using a few inputs—injury severity, age, and treatment type—to approximate damages. That can be useful for understanding which categories of losses tend to drive value.
However, an AI model typically does not review:
- your MRI/CT results and neurological testing
- the medical narrative explaining causation (what happened, when symptoms appeared, and why doctors connect them)
- your functional status (mobility, transfers, bladder/bowel issues, skin risk)
- your likely life-care needs over time
In real Warren claims, small differences in documentation can lead to big differences in valuation. A settlement can hinge on the quality of the record—not the label alone.
