AI tools usually work like a worksheet: you enter an injury label, severity, age, and a few other inputs, and the tool generates a rough range.
In real Lebanon cases, the insurer’s valuation hinges on things an AI tool cannot reliably see, such as:
- How the injury happened on the specific road or property (sketches, traffic control, lighting, speed, lane position, surface conditions)
- What the medical record actually shows about neurological function over time
- Whether causation is contested—for example, when an insurer argues the symptoms were pre-existing or unrelated
- Ohio settlement practice realities, including how evidence is packaged for negotiation and whether the case is positioned for litigation if needed
An online number can be useful for understanding categories of damages—but it should not be treated as a prediction of what you’ll ultimately receive.
