AI tools typically produce a range based on inputs you type in. That can feel useful—until you realize what’s missing.
In real Columbus cases, insurers and attorneys evaluate things like:
- The exact level and severity of neurological impairment (not just the diagnosis label)
- Documented functional limits (transfers, mobility, bowel/bladder function, skin risk)
- Whether the injury trajectory is improving, plateauing, or worsening
- Whether causation is strongly supported by emergency records, imaging, and consistent follow-up
- Mississippi claim timing and procedural realities that affect what can be proven and when
A calculator can’t review imaging reports, neurology notes, discharge summaries, or a clinician’s life-care recommendations. It also can’t weigh how strong liability appears under the facts—such as whether fault is disputed or shared.
