Most online calculators work like this: you answer a few questions (age, diagnosis, care needs), and the tool outputs a rough range. That can feel helpful when you’re overwhelmed, but it often misses the details that matter most in real Kansas claims.
Here’s what an AI estimate frequently can’t see:
- Whether the injury was truly caused by the crash/incident (and not something pre-existing)
- How severe your neurological impairment is over time (not just the initial label)
- Whether your medical records will support future care, not only immediate treatment
- The credibility of the story—consistent reports, documented symptoms, and corroborating evidence
In other words, the calculator may guess the category. A real claim has to prove the category.
