Most online tools are built to guess value from broad inputs—diagnosis, severity labels, age, and a few care assumptions. That can be misleading for spinal cord injuries because the facts that drive value are usually functional and evidentiary (what you can and can’t do, what complications occur, and what future care is actually recommended).
In Centralia and throughout Illinois, insurers also look closely at:
- Whether the medical record supports causation (the injury is connected to the event)
- Whether future care needs are documented, not assumed
- Whether liability is provable, including who had control and what safety rules were in place
An AI estimate can’t review your imaging, neuro findings, therapy goals, or a life-care plan. It also can’t predict how your case will be evaluated by an adjuster using Illinois-specific practice and the evidence you can produce.
