AI calculators typically generate a range by asking for a few inputs—injury severity, age, and maybe basic care needs. What they usually don’t have is the Florida-specific record that lawyers rely on to value catastrophic cases:
- Neurological findings documented over time (not just the initial diagnosis)
- Functional limits shown in therapy notes and medical follow-ups
- Causation evidence connecting the event to the neurological injury
- A life-care approach that matches the reality of long-term care
In other words, an AI model may produce a plausible number, but it can’t “see” the medical timeline the way your attorney and experts will.
