Most AI tools produce a ballpark range based on inputs like injury level, age, treatment timeline, and reported limitations. That can be useful if you’re early in the process and trying to understand what “catastrophic injury” damages usually include.
However, an AI model can’t review the medical imaging, neurological testing, therapy notes, or physician opinions that Florida courts and adjusters rely on. In spinal cord injury cases, small differences—like incomplete vs. complete injury, complications, or how quickly you reached specialized care—can materially affect valuation.
In other words: an AI result may point you in the right direction, but it shouldn’t be treated like a prediction of what you’ll receive.
