Most AI calculators produce a ballpark range by using inputs like injury severity, age, and care needs. That can be useful when you’re overwhelmed and need a starting point.
But spinal cord injury valuation is rarely “plug-and-play.” In real claims, insurers look for proof that your injury:
- was caused by a specific incident (not just “coincident” with it)
- matches a documented neurological pattern (not only a label)
- will require certain levels of care over time
- impacts work ability and daily living in concrete ways
An AI tool usually cannot review the full medical record, imaging, neurological exams, and life-care recommendations. It also cannot see whether key evidence—like dashcam footage, roadway conditions, or incident reports—exists and is consistent.
