Most AI settlement estimators work from simplified inputs. They may ask about injury severity, age, and general future care needs—but they usually don’t know what matters most in real Grand Junction cases, such as:
- Crash environment: lighting, weather, road surface, and traffic patterns near busy commuting routes
- Witness and documentation availability: whether statements, dashcam/video, or incident reports are accessible and complete
- Medical documentation quality: whether your records clearly describe neurological function and functional limitations over time
- Coordination of care locally: how quickly you obtained specialist follow-up, rehab, imaging, and durable medical equipment
In other words, a calculator can’t “see” the evidence trail that juries and adjusters rely on.
