Many online calculators generate a range based on inputs like injury severity, age, and care needs. That can feel reassuring, but Lodi cases often turn on details the average tool can’t see, such as:
- Whether the accident happened on a high-speed corridor and whether speed, lighting, or lane control factors are documented
- How quickly neurological symptoms were recognized and recorded after the incident
- Whether your medical team linked your current condition to the original trauma with clear causation language
- Whether your treatment plan and functional limits were consistently documented over time
In other words, an AI output is not “wrong”—it’s just incomplete. The legal system values what can be proven, not what can only be inferred.
