AI tools typically convert your inputs into a rough damages range. That can be comforting when you’re facing medical bills, mobility changes, and uncertainty.
However, these calculators usually cannot review:
- your MRI/CT reports and the exact neurological findings
- your functional exam results (what you can do now, and what you may be able to do later)
- the real-world impact on daily living, caregiving needs, and long-term rehab
- whether an insurer disputes causation, severity, or the timeline to maximum medical improvement
In other words: AI may be able to model “typical” spinal injury claims, but your case value depends on what the evidence actually shows.
