On many construction and maintenance projects, scaffolding is assembled, inspected, used, and sometimes adjusted multiple times in a day. In real Kerman jobsite conditions, that can mean:
- Access points get changed to accommodate deliveries or shifting work zones
- Platforms are reconfigured as crews move between tasks
- Equipment gets returned, modified, or removed before anyone thinks to document it
When a fall occurs, the jobsite may be cleaned up or rebuilt. If safety documentation isn’t preserved early, it can be difficult later to prove how the scaffold was set up, what safety measures were missing or ineffective, and who had the duty to prevent the fall.
