AI tools can be useful when you’re overwhelmed. They may help you organize the basic facts (where you were picked up, where you were dropped off, what happened moments before impact, and what symptoms appeared). That can make your first conversation with a lawyer more productive.
But an AI “bot” can’t:
- secure evidence that disappears quickly,
- evaluate Texas liability issues with the right legal framework,
- respond to insurer tactics designed to reduce payouts,
- or negotiate with the platform’s insurers and the driver’s coverage.
Think of AI as triage for your notes. The case still needs attorney-level work—especially when fault or coverage status is disputed.
