Before you worry about apps, adjusters, or “what you should say,” focus on a short list of actions that protect your claim.
- Document the scene while you still can. Take photos of vehicle positions, visible damage, traffic signals, crosswalks, and the roadway condition.
- Get medical care even if you feel “okay.” In Massachusetts, delayed symptoms can still be connected to the crash—if you get evaluated and your records reflect the timeline.
- Preserve rideshare proof. Screenshot trip confirmations, driver details, and any in-app messages. If you can, note the exact pickup/drop-off areas (landmarks help).
- Be careful with statements. Adjusters may ask for quick answers. A short, incomplete statement can be used later to argue your injuries were not caused by the crash.
An AI tool can help you organize the facts you’ve collected (dates, app status, symptoms, and who was in the car). But it can’t replace legal review of what those facts mean under Massachusetts insurance and injury law.
