Most AI calculators work from general patterns—injury type, treatment length, and typical categories of damages. They can’t independently verify:
- whether another driver was actually at fault (or whether multiple parties share fault)
- whether your medical treatment matches what you reported right after the crash
- whether your symptoms were documented consistently over time
- how Utah’s comparative fault rules might reduce a settlement if blame is disputed
In other words, an AI number can be a starting point, but it can’t replace case-specific evidence review.
