Most AI tools work by taking the information you provide—like injury descriptions, treatment length, and time away from work—and generating a projected range. The problem is that two cases can involve the same diagnosis and still end up with very different outcomes because:
- The evidence of how the crash happened varies (dashcam, witnesses, scene photos, roadway conditions)
- Medical records may document injuries differently than the rider’s initial perception
- Texas insurance handling can turn on how promptly and consistently treatment is pursued
In other words, an estimate can’t “see” the evidence file the way a lawyer does. It also can’t predict how an insurer will frame liability.
