AI calculators generally try to estimate a claim’s value by combining the details you enter—such as injury type, treatment timing, and work impact—with patterns from past cases. That can help you understand which inputs often increase or decrease a settlement range.
But an AI estimate cannot:
- determine fault on its own (liability is still a fact-based legal analysis)
- verify whether your injuries were caused by this crash
- predict how an insurer will weigh your credibility or the medical record
- account for Ohio-specific disputes that arise when treatment timing, documentation, or causation are challenged
Think of AI as a “starting point” for questions—not as a substitute for reviewing your records and building a claim strategy.
