Many online tools ask you for broad details—like the type of injuries, treatment duration, and whether you missed work. Then they generate an estimate based on patterns from other cases.
In real Alliance cases, though, the facts often get more complicated:
- Commuter routes and traffic conflicts can create disputes about right-of-way (especially at intersections and during turning maneuvers).
- Road conditions—including construction zones and uneven pavement—can become part of the blame story.
- Insurance adjusters may argue that your symptoms are unrelated, pre-existing, or improving faster than you claim.
Because calculators can’t “see” your medical records, witness credibility, or the strength of scene evidence, the number they produce should be treated as a rough compass, not a final destination.
