Waxhaw traffic patterns—commuter routes, intersections with frequent turning movements, and sudden braking scenarios—often create motorcycle wrecks with complicated fact questions. Even when liability seems obvious at first, adjusters may later argue:
- another driver didn’t see the motorcycle in time,
- the rider contributed to the crash through speed or lane position,
- symptoms worsened for reasons unrelated to the crash,
- or treatment wasn’t necessary or timely.
That’s why a calculator shouldn’t be treated like a promise or a final number. It can’t weigh local evidence quality, nor can it assess how strongly your medical records tie your injuries to the crash.
