AI tools usually generate a range based on common claim patterns: medical treatment, time missed from work, and general categories of damages. That can help you understand which inputs tend to move the number.
But AI cannot “see” what matters most in a real Cary case—such as:
- whether fault is supported by scene evidence (lane position, turning movements, traffic control)
- how clearly your medical records connect symptoms to the crash
- whether insurers argue gaps in treatment, pre-existing conditions, or inconsistent reporting
In other words, an AI number can be a starting point for questions, not the settlement you should expect.
