An AI tool typically estimates value by looking at inputs you provide—like crash circumstances, injury types, treatment duration, and lost income. It may combine those with generalized patterns from prior claims.
What it can’t do is confirm the facts that drive settlement leverage in New Jersey:
- Fault and causation based on evidence (not just the injury diagnosis)
- Whether your medical records consistently reflect the accident mechanism
- The strength of documentation for pain, limits, and daily-life impact
- How insurers respond when they believe an injury is unclear or poorly timed
In other words: an AI number may be useful for curiosity or budgeting, but it’s not the same thing as the valuation an insurer will actually defend.
