AI tools are designed to model patterns from past claims. They may ask about:
- where the crash happened,
- what injuries you reported,
- treatment you’ve received,
- and how long you were out of work.
That can make you feel more in control. But AI can’t review the police report details, witness credibility, or whether your medical providers connected your symptoms to the crash in a way insurers accept.
In Minnesota, insurance negotiations often turn on whether the evidence supports both fault and causation (that your injuries were caused by the crash). A calculator can’t reliably predict how an adjuster will interpret those issues.
