Central riders often share the road with fast-moving commuter traffic, frequent lane changes, and drivers who may not expect a motorcycle in their blind spot. Many collisions also happen near busy intersections where turning vehicles, deceleration, and sight lines become critical.
Because of that, two riders with similar injuries can see very different settlement values depending on what evidence exists and how early it was gathered. An AI tool can’t “see” your specific scene, but it can’t be accurate without the facts that usually drive value:
- Whether the crash was captured (dashcam/video from nearby vehicles, surveillance near businesses, or phone footage)
- How clearly fault can be supported (photos of lanes, turn signals, debris position, skid marks)
- Whether medical records match the crash timeline
- Whether treatment was consistent after the accident
When evidence is thin or disputed, insurers often push harder for lower numbers.
